Users register on the site and specify their area of expertise. Some areas include musician, model, actor, actress, producer, etc. All members can sign up for free and setup their profiles, which allows them to upload songs and videos, create voting polls, events, photos, and the like. Members can also invite their friends, fans, or talent scouts to check out their profile or join the site.

Anyone across the globe can play your music, view your modeling pictures, or watch your videos (of course, if you allow them to) and rank each item using a 5-star rating scale, potentially increasing or decreasing your popularity on the site. Members with the highest ratings in their industry are automatically referred to our scoutmasters, who are well-known talent scouts who regularly "scout" this site for talented individuals.
